An interesting "Workout" training took place yesterday.
Instructor Richard was very open to questions and explained the exercises very well. The sports ground was well equipped for training.
The training was interesting, effective and aimed at developing coordination, motor skills and breathing. Exercises with a fitness band, according to one of the participants, were particularly cool!
