Joint Projects and Research Support
The primary focus of the meeting was the discussion of upcoming projects, which have received significant support from the Research and Innovation Authority (VAIA) and the European Union. These initiatives aim to:
✔️ Strengthen professional relationships among Slovak healthcare professionals across different countries.
✔️ Support medical research and innovation.
✔️ Create a collaborative space for knowledge exchange and professional cooperation.
International collaboration is key to addressing challenges in modern healthcare. Only by working together can we develop effective solutions that enhance patient care and support the professional growth of healthcare specialists.
We encourage all members, supporters, and colleagues to join our initiatives. Whether you are interested in research, collaboration, or simply staying informed about the latest developments, do not hesitate to contact us.

Support for Charity and Community
Following this inspiring meeting, on Saturday, February 1, 2025, we had the privilege of attending the Petronela’s Hope Gold Charity Awards in Medway – a beautifully organized event led by Petronela Zilik, the founder of Petronela’s Hope, an organization dedicated to supporting women affected by domestic violence.
The evening was filled with solidarity, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help, bringing together incredible individuals with a shared goal of raising awareness and providing financial support for local communities. Moments like these remind us of the irreplaceable power of community—whether in healthcare, research, or charity, collaboration is the key to making a real difference.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to these events, and we look forward to continuing our mission to connect, support, and innovate.
Next, we will meet at the 1st Permanent Conference of Slovak Healthcare Professionals in Bratislava at the beginning of April. We look forward to seeing you there!
