Webinar “Communication in Crisis Situations”

Yesterday, as part of the project Permanent Conference of Slovak Healthcare Professionals, implemented by the International Association of Doctors and Healthcare Professionals in Slovakia (MALnS), we held the final webinar in the series on the topic of

The project aims to connect Slovak doctors, healthcare professionals, social workers, and students working abroad with Slovakia, and to actively involve them in addressing systemic challenges in the Slovak healthcare system.

We prepared the webinar in close cooperation with the Association of Slovak Healthcare Professionals in the UK and Learn & Lead Innovation. It offered participants valuable insights from the UK healthcare system, as well as innovative approaches to personal development and to supporting the mental well-being of healthcare professionals.

The discussion confirmed that crisis communication, supporting the mental health of healthcare professionals, and preventing burnout are topics that require systematic attention. Involving experts from abroad brings new perspectives and practical solutions that can also serve as inspiration for the Slovak healthcare system.

We would like to thank all speakers, partners, and participants for their active involvement and valuable exchange of experience. We are pleased that the Permanent Conference of Slovak Healthcare Professionals is becoming a stable platform for cooperation among experts both in Slovakia and abroad.
