Announcement: Workout 2.08.2023

Hello, athletes!

The weather is not looking glamorous today! But during the "Workout" training, it will be pleasant and clear!

The training will take place on August 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.

The trainer is Kevin Mikovčík, who will answer your questions.

Venue - Children's playground, Medzilaborecká

The training area is located between the houses and is unique! Why? It is part of a high-quality children's playground. Therefore, bring your younger siblings with you!

Note: Training will start in the center of the field. Don't forget to bring drinking water and comfortable clothes!

Parking is available near the venue! Public transport - Tomášikova and Maximilán Hell stops.


Does fitness improve sleep? Yes!!! Even the strongest sedatives help with insomnia, but regular exercise is the most effective. Physical activity strengthens muscles and joints and has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Calm nerves and healthy fatigue after training mean good sleep!
